Cyrus posted a few photos of her "rock n' roll heart" to her Instagram story and feed, showing off the new ink, which features a heart with a dagger through it, dripping with blood. The heart has a ribbon wrapped around it that says 'rock n' roll," and is located on her upper arm. Simpson's tattoo is of a simple skull and crossbones with a scythe behind it.
