Two British icons have officially come together for one of the most epic partnerships in beauty history. On 28 May, 2020, Pat McGrath announced that her long-time friend, muse, and collaborator, Naomi Campbell, is signing on as the global face for Pat McGrath Labs (which only launched in the UK a year ago, if you can believe it!). The legendary model's first role? Helping to promote the brand's new Divine Rose collection. Campbell will star in a film for the range, as well as participate in McGrath's new Masterchat Series on Instagram Live.
"I am thrilled that my sister Naomi Campbell is our first official face at Pat McGrath Labs," McGrath said via press release. "Naomi's beauty is without compare, but what truly makes her special, and the ultimate McGrath Muse, is her legendary loyalty, unparalleled work ethic and sublime soul. The feelings are mutual for Campbell, who has worked with McGrath for over 25 years on everything from magazine covers to the Met Gala, and all the fashion shows in between. "It's an absolute honour to be the new and first official face of Pat McGrath Labs," Campbell stated via press release. "Pat is my chosen family and an undeniable creative force in the beauty business who has been in my life since the early stages of my career. Pat has created a line that brings fantasy and glamour back into our daily lives and makes us dream again! There is no one else I'd rather embark on this journey with other than the iconic Pat McGrath."
According to the brand, Campbell will continue to star in campaigns throughout the year, which is definitely something to look forward to.
