Drink More Water
It's time to face facts. There's no excuse for not drinking enough water. It's free, it's readily available, and it really will make a difference, not only to your skin, but also to the rest of your body, your hair, your nails, and everything else.
Now for the bad news. Coffee, tea, juice, Diet Coke, or whatever else just won't cut it. We do mean water, not just "liquids." If your skin is acting up, cut out the caffeine, the sugar, and the sweeteners, and go back to basics. Aim for eight glasses of water a day, and you'll probably see the difference in your face almost immediately.
