My second most asked question after my eczema is about my dark eyelids. "Are they inherited", "is it caused by your eczema", "how do you cover them", "how do you try to get rid of them". My answer? ..I dont 🤷🏾♀️ plain and simple. Even though there are remedies I know of to help lighten them and im open to giving people advice. I havent tried to get rid of them personally for years. The pigmentation on my skin and body is another story but I've had dark circles espeicallly on my eyelids for as long as I can remember. I do think they are inherited but the darkness is due to my eczema and constantly rubbing them. You see I'm at peace with them. I've grown to love them. They are a part of me that wont go away any time soon. Embracing them has given me something less to worry about. They are my natural eye shadow if you like and are no one else's concern but mine. . . . #EczemaWarriors #RedSkinSyndrome #eczema #resisttheitch #eczemahelp #unhideeczema #skinpositivity #atopicdermatitis #dryskin #eczemaproblems #eczemahealing #nationaleczema #topicalsteriods #topicalsteriodaddiction #chronicskincondition #darkcircles #darkeyelids #pigmentation A post shared by @ yasitskrishy on May 11, 2020 at 10:35am PDT Share This Link Copy ← Use Arrow Keys → 4 Previous Next Start Slideshow Skin HealthAcne
