She visited hairstylist Tauni Dawson [3] at the LA-based Nine Zero One [4] salon to refresh her hair colour for the cooler months with a surprising source of inspiration in hand. "We referred back to her photos of her as a child to help pull inspo of what we wanted to work toward because her natural base colour was so amazing," Dawson said. She added lowlights "to add dimension to [Richie's] ends," blended in her old highlights, and toned her hair to a more neutral hue. Dawson also trimmed one inch off of Richie's ends.
