Taylor Swift Tries Out the Two-Toned Hair-Colour Trend With Pink and Blue Streaks
Taylor Swift isn't the first celeb to experiment with a different hair colour while on lockdown (see: Sarah Michelle Gellar, Dua Lipa, and Hilary Duff), but she is the latest. On May 17, the "You Need to Calm Down" singer shared some Instagram photos to promote her City of Lover concert, which aired that night, and we couldn't help but notice the addition of some pink and blue streaks to her shag haircut.
A few weeks ago, Swift shared a selfie showing off her natural hair colour alongside the caption, "Not a lot going on at the moment," so it's likely that the DIY beauty treatment (no word yet if the colour is temporary or permanent) occurred as a result of boredom. The colour appears to have been added in chunkier sections, and she even went the extra mile and matched her eye makeup to the style, wearing pink eye shadow spread all over her lids under a blue cat eye.
