Alex Rodriguez has Jennifer Lopez [1]'s back! On Saturday, the "Medicine" singer [2] gave fans an unfiltered behind-the-scenes look [3] at one of her concerts during her "It's My Party" tour [4]. In a 19-minute video titled "It's My Party Tour Diary: Volume One," Jennifer shows the ups and downs from her sets. At one point, she's visibly upset after a Las Vegas show in which she accidentally hit herself with the microphone and started to bleed on stage. As she begins to cry and beat herself up over the blunder, telling Alex, "It was a tough show for me," her fiancé comforts her [5] with a heartwarming pep talk.

"It was the best show I've seen so far," Alex says after giving Jennifer a kiss. "It was Saturday night in Vegas and you guys killed it! And you showed that you're a champion, baby. [You were] down and you still came back up and had the best show so far. Every time I see the shows, they keep getting better and better and better . . . Your voice was the best I've ever heard it. Babe, when you held that note — are you kidding me?" He went on to tell his future wife [6], "You don't see how great you are. You really have no idea. It was so good."
