The actress is referring to the Time's Up initiative to fight sexual harassment [4] in the workplace, which launched at the start of the new year with the help of celebrities including America, Shonda Rhimes, Reese Witherspoon, Eva Longoria, Natalie Portman, and Emma Stone.
