The Bachelorette's Becca and Garrett Are Impossibly Giddy While Playing "Nearly Newlywed"
After about three months of keeping their romance under wraps, The Bachelorette's Becca Kufrin and Garrett Yrigoyen are making the talk show rounds to chat about their engagement, and man, are these two lovebirds smitten! When the newly engaged couple stopped by Good Morning America, they could barely contain their excitement to be out in public as a couple.
A few moments after Becca revealed that she and her now-fiancé had code names for each other while keeping their engagement a secret (Becca's was Veronica and Garrett's was Vincent), host Michael Strahan wasted no time in addressing Garrett's Instagram scandal head on. Garrett responded to Michael's prodding by saying that he's "really sorry" and "didn't mean to offend anybody." He added, "Now I know the weight that a 'like' holds on Instagram and things like that, so we just addressed it, her and I. I know it went against things that she stood for before, but she knows through the show and getting to know me that that's not my true character." Becca chimed in by saying that Garrett has been "very transparent" from the get-go about realising how offencive his "likes" were, and that he took "full initiative" to apologise.
