Ben Affleck is reportedly seeking treatment for alcohol addiction [1] for the third time, TMZ reports. On Wednesday, the 46-year-old was photographed leaving his home and headed to a treatment facility with ex Jennifer Garner [2].

Ben first entered rehab for alcohol addiction in 2001 and then again [3] in 2017. Back in March 2017, Ben revealed he had completed treatment in a Facebook post [4], where he thanked his family and friends for their love and support. "I want to live life to the fullest and be the best father I can be," he wrote. "I want my kids to know there is no shame in getting help when you need it, and to be a source of strength for anyone out there who needs help but is afraid to take the first step."
