This might not be a commonly held takeaway here, but Chris Evans seemed to have had the best time at the 2019 Oscars. One might ask, "Wow! Did he take home any awards?" Not exactly, no. "Oh . . . OK. Well, was he nominated for anything?" Nope, not that either. It's just that between laughing it up with Jennifer Lopez and momentarily serving as Regina King's escort, the actor genuinely looked like he was having a blast from start to finish. Chris attended the award show with his younger brother, Scott Evans, who is also an actor and also very attractive.

After her exciting win for best supporting actress, Chris offered the new Oscar winner a helping hand.

The Captain America actor fist-pumped upon realising that Black Panther won for best production design. Tessa Thompson, who portrays Valkyrie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, did the same when Black Panther's Ludwig Göransson won for best original score.

Chris seemed to enjoy John and Awkwafina's bit while presenting the award for best animated short film.

Jamie Lee Curtis complimented Chris on his gentlemanly manners, and Chris thanked his onscreen mom. Chris and Jamie are costarring in the mystery-crime film Knives Out, which is out later this year.
