Who, in their right mind, would play "Part of Me", "Rumor Has It", "Heartbeat", "Mr. Know It All", "F**k You", "What The Hell", "Princess of China", "Ridin' Solo", or "Dancing On My Own" at their freaking wedding? Aren't weddings supposed to be about love, not getting heartbroken and cheating and all of the themes displayed in the songs above?

Weddings are multi-generational. If you want to have everyone under the age of 25 up dancing and everyone else sitting round wanting to dance but waiting for something they like then this is a great play list for you, but all the best weddings I've been to have stuck with the tried and tested classic floor fillers. Your wedding playlist CAN be too cool, but it can never be too cheesy. Stick to the music you grew up with and some songs to cater to the older guests, throw in a few contemporary songs for good measure, and everyone is guaranteed a good time. Your grandparents are NOT going to dance to S&M.
