Beyoncé and JAY-Z Make Us Feel the Love (and Wealth) at The Lion King's Premiere in London
Beyoncé, 37, and JAY-Z, 49, were absolutely glowing at The Lion King's London premiere on Sunday. Bey — who attended the movie's LA premiere with 7-year-old daughter Blue Ivy on July 9 — turned heads with a breathtaking golden gown while JAY-Z looked snazzy in a tuxedo. On the red carpet, the singer — who voices adult Nala in the Disney remake — posed alongside some of her costars, including Florence Kasumba, Seth Rogen, and Billy Eichner.
Bey and Jay also met Meghan Markle and Prince Harry for the first time! Inside the venue, they spoke with the royal couple and congratulated the duo on welcoming their newborn son, Archie. "Your baby is so beautiful," Bey told the duchess. The "Spirit" singer has been an advocate of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex as she and JAY-Z notably vocalised their support for Meghan and Harry while accepting a Brit award in February. Bey even posted a sweet tribute to Meghan on her website, calling her "one of our Melanated Monas." This is definitely a friendship we can't wait to see blossom.
