Beyoncé Knowles rocked the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday with a rendition of "Run the World (Girls)" that had people talking about her incredible choreography and bold use of background graphics. Most of you seemed to love the star's hot dance moves, but now the originality of her sexy performance is in question. Italian pop singer Lorella Cuccarini put on a strikingly similar show last year, which Beyoncé admitted to being aware of. She said, "My makeup artist showed me the performance of Lorella Cuccarini a year ago, and it inspired me so much. I then met with the talented people who worked on it. The technology and concept were so genius. Thank god for YouTube or I would have never been exposed to something so inspiring." Watch both ladies on stage side by side and tell us what you think — was Beyoncé just inspired or was it a total rip-off?
