There's a first time for everything, and a number of stars just made their Met Gala debut at this year's ceremony. Even though his girlfriend is a regular at the fete, Shawn Mendes made his way up the famous staircase for the first time ever alongside Hailey Baldwin, as did Colin Jost, who was accompanied by Scarlett Johansson. It was also Ariana Grande, Frances McDormand, and Chadwick Boseman's first time at the fashion-forward event, which was hosted by Amal Clooney, Rihanna, and Donatella Versace.
