Another royal wedding took place on June 1 as Charlotte Casiraghi of Monaco married French movie producer Dimitri Rassam. The 32-year-old bride and 37-year-old groom exchanged vows at Prince's Palace before officially tying the knot in front of friends and family. Charlotte is the granddaughter of the late Princess Grace, who was formerly known as actress Grace Kelly prior to marrying Prince Rainier III in 1956.
At the Saturday ceremony, Charlotte stunned in an Anthony Vaccarello-designed grey dress with crystal-embroidered bows while Dimitri sported a navy suit. At the reception, they made a wardrobe change as Charlotte modelled a strapless white Chanel dress and Dimitri rocked a black and white tuxedo.
According to People, those in attendance included Charlotte's uncle, Prince Albert II, and siblings Andrea, Pierre, and Alexandra de Hanover. Dimitri's half-brother Louis Giacobetti and cousin Thomas Langmann were also there for the nuptials. After the civil ceremony, guests were treated to seasonal foods while enjoying views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The newlyweds — who reportedly started dating around 2017 — already share 6-month-old son Balthazar. Charlotte also has 5-year-old son named Raphael from a previous relationship with comedian Gad Elmaleh. Meanwhile, Rassam has a 7-year-old daughter from his previous marriage to Russian model Masha Novoselova. And all of the children were even at the wedding to celebrate Charlotte and Dimitri's union.
