Christina Aguilera [3] just got an adorable new backup singer. Well, sort of. On Nov. 8, the Grammy-winning pop star brought out a special guest during her Liberation Tour in St. Louis, Missouri. While singing her 2002 hit "Beautiful," [4] she had her daughter, Summer Rain, sit next to her on stage as she belted out the song. "You want to hear everybody sing?" Christina asked Summer before holding out her mic for the audience to finish the lyrics. "It's beautiful, Sum! You hear that?"
According to Christina, who posted a video of the special moment, Summer had been wanting to soak in the spotlight. But when the moment came, Summer turned a little timid. "Summer begs me to come out every night onstage! And then gets shy . . . but loves it . . . she's taking it all in early," Christina captioned the video. Her special guest in this performance wasn't exactly like the one she brought out during her show in New York City [5] on Oct. 3, but it was just as sweet of a moment.
Christina shares her daughter with fiancé Matthew Rutler, and also has a 10-year-old son named Max with ex-husband Jordan Bratman. The singergot engaged to Matthew [6] in February 2014, and gave birth to Summer [7] four years later.
