As far as I'm concerned, family time is about conversation, good food, and fun times — and Ciara's [1] family absolutely nailed all three by showing off some seriously impressive dance moves [2] during their recent family holiday in St. Barts [3]. On Tuesday, Ciara shared a video of the breakfast dance-off featuring husband Russell Wilson, their 2-year-old daughter Sienna [4], and Ciara's 4-year-old son Future Jr. As delicious as the food looked, the focus was really about getting pumped up for the day with an impromptu family dance party.

The adorable video shows Sienna tapping along to the beat of Bruno Mars's "Perm" in her highchair, while Ciara pulls out all the stops to show off some moves on the deck of the yacht — I mean, dance floor. The best part, however, happens when Future Jr. slides on the deck to show that he's got a few dance moves of his own! Russell and Ciara [5] have evidently made dancing a part of their kids' daily routines, because no 4-year-old I've ever seen has such quick footwork. It's a good thing they had that huge stack of waffles on their breakfast table, because all that dancing must have made them work up an appetite.
