The phrase "not all heroes wear capes" might be somewhat overused, but not when it applies to DJ Jevanni Letford, who earlier this week managed to slip Prince Harry his business card. Not just any old business card either, but his DJ card in hopes that he might be invited to play at the royal wedding later this year.
Jevanni was able to perform the act during Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's recent visit to Reprezent Radio in Brixton, while slyly suggesting he "DJ at [their] wedding."
The aspiring royal DJ has since been invited on Good Morning Britain to explain what he envisions his set will include. When asked how he'll get the Queen on the dance floor, Jevanni replied "I'd probably make a remix of the national anthem." Good call.
He's even started a petition to secure his royal gig. Persistence is key, and we'd love to see Jevanni DJing at the royal wedding!
Would be eternally grateful if you could all sign and retweet this petition to get me DJing at The Royal Wedding ❤️:https://t.co/zlKsfHxMpl— Jevanni Letford 🖤 (@JevanniLetford) January 11, 2018
