The Duchess of Cambridge has a full schedule with her three children and royal duties to attend to, but she's proven in the past that she's not afraid to work up a sweat. Catherine's been active since St. Andrew's school, where she played tennis and swam, and her sporty days haven't stopped since she became a duchess.
Before the pandemic, Catherine's been known to show off her athletic abilities during her royal engagements, from playing football with kids in Belfast to squeezing in a game of cricket during her and Prince William's royal tour of Pakistan. In 2021, her first athletic endeavour was playing tennis with Emma Raducanu when the duchess met with 19-year-old US Open winner in September. The event was hosted by the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) Youth — which is a programme set up to help get children and young adults into tennis and the duchess is a patron for — at their National Tennis Centre in London for The Homecoming.
