George and Amal Clooney [1] are feeling the love! On Monday, the couple stepped out for a romantic dinner date at Il Marino di Puntaldia in Sardinia, Italy, just two days before their twins' first birthday. George was ever the gentleman as he held Amal's hand and escorted her inside the restaurant. Amal, of course, looked gorgeous [2] as always in a floral dress, while George kept things cool in a blue polo shirt and striped trousers.

George and Amal officially became parents when they welcomed their twins [3], Alexander and Ella, last year, and Wednesday marks their first birthday. The couple will also be celebrating their fourth wedding anniversary [4] this September. Wow, what an exciting time for the Clooneys!
