The 45-year-old actress shared a rare snap of her two kids, Apple and Moses Martin, to Instagram on Aug. 26, and it's clear she's having a hard time saying goodbye to the outdoor magic of these last few months.

Gwyneth's had an especially dreamy Summer this year. She's been on beautiful getaways to Italy with fiancé Brad Falchuk [2] and incredible adventures with the whole family in Mexico [3].
