Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson "Connected" From the Moment They Met
Khloé Kardashian started dating NBA player Tristan Thompson in September 2016 after a mutual friend set them up on a blind date. During the Keeping Up With the Kardashians 10-year anniversary special in 2017, Khloé called it "a serious relationship" and opened up about the night they met.
"Brandon Jennings, who is a basketball player, is a friend of mine and Malika [Haqq], and he was like, 'You're such a good girl, I want to introduce you to someone,'" she said. "I was at the Bel-Air Hotel. He came to the dinner. I didn't want to go on a blind date." The 33-year-old reality star wasn't prepared, so she was with a group of other people when Tristan showed up. "Brandon kind of ambushed the blind date. So I had a bunch of people, and he brought him and we just connected," she said.
Since then, she's been vocal about her feelings for him, but on April 10, their relationship made headlines following reports that Tristan cheated on her while she was pregnant.
Khloé has spent much of her time in Cleveland recently, as Tristan plays for the Cavaliers. Other members of the Kardashian-Jenner family made their way to Ohio to be there for Khloé when she gave birth to her first child this week. Along with Tristan, Khloé was also reportedly supported by Kris Jenner, Kim, and Kourtney, who were there for the special moment.
