James Middleton Brought His Dog to the GQ Awards, and It Was Downright Adorable
James Middleton arguably had the best date at the GQ Men of the Year Awards in London on Tuesday. Dressed in a burgundy velvet jacket and black bow tie, Kate and Pippa's 32-year-old brother was accompanied by his furry Cocker Spaniel, Ella. The adorable duo posed for pictures on the red carpet together, but it was ultimately Ella who stole the show as she represented UK's Pets as Therapy charity in her tartan kilt. "I think I should win the award for the best date for the GQ men of the year awards," James captioned an Instagram album of him and Ella at the ceremony.
If you follow James on Instagram, you know that he's a huge dog lover. In addition to Ella, James has four other dogs named Inca, Luna, Zulu, and Mabel. "Animals can provide a sense of calm, comfort, or safety and divert attention away from a stressful situation and toward one that provides pleasure," James wrote on Instagram in December 2018.
