Exes Jared Leto and Scarlett Johansson Have a Friendly, Smiley Reunion at the Met Gala
Jared Leto arrived in style for the Met Gala in NYC on Monday night, channelling a healthy mix of Jesus, Mary, and Joseph with his over-the-top Gucci ensemble. After walking the red carpet, Jared headed inside for the annual event and met up with one of his famous ex-girlfriends, Scarlett Johansson. The former couple were spotted smiling, chatting, and even posing for a few photos, proving that they're on good terms. Scarlett's date, boyfriend Colin Jost, was nowhere in sight.
Jared and Scarlett began dating in 2004. Though they ended things a year later, they reunited in 2012 at the Democratic National Convention and were seen holding hands and snapping selfies together. Four years later, in an interview with Cosmopolitan, Scarlett revealed details about a past romance — and though she didn't identify the ex, it could very well have been Jared. "Long, long ago, I had someone in my life who was forever unavailable . . . but, like, so attractively unavailable," she told the magazine.
In addition to linking up with his ex, Jared also stirred new dating rumours thanks to one of his Met Gala dates. His entrance with singer Lana Del Rey got tongues wagging that they could be an item — but since they both arrived with Gucci designer Alessandro Michele (who designed their looks), it may have just been a friendly night out.
