After attending a benefit in Malibu on Saturday, the former Friends [4] costars and real-life friends were all smiles as they attended the AFI Life Achievement Award Gala Tribute in LA on Thursday. The two were twinning in black gowns as they posed for photographers on the red carpet. Friendship goals, am I right? So who do we have to thank for this glorious friendship outing? None other than George Clooney [5].

The ladies were on hand to pay tribute to the 57-year-old actor, who was this year's recipient of the esteemed life achievement award [6]. George previously appeared on Friends as a doctor who dated Jennifer's character, Rachel. Aside from making a speech together on stage, Jennifer and Courteney also caught up with their former costar and his wife Amal backstage as they gave a round of hugs.
