On Thursday, the actress was all smiles when she arrived at Jimmy Kimmel Live! [3] in LA. According to People, Jen is dating again [4], so that could also be the reason for her smile. "Jen has been wanting to move on and now [that] the divorce is finalized, she finally can," the publication reported. "She has had no choice but to be patient since Ben needed to finish his rehab treatment. But she was ready to sign the papers. She has been on dates, but it seems she isn't serious about a guy. As always, she is mostly focussed on her kids and her job."
Ben and Jen were together for nearly a decade [5] before they announced their separation in June 2015. Despite their split, Jen and Ben have maintained a united front [6] for the sake of their kids [7] — Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel — and Jen has supported Ben as he continues to battle his alcohol addiction [8].
