While enjoying a romantic Italian getaway with Alex Rodriguez, the 49-year-old star stepped onto a table and surprised a bar of unassuming patrons with an impromptu performance of "Let's Get Loud." Needless to say, the crowd went wild. Fortunately, Alex was there to capture the performance.
