After 40 years, Danny and Sandy still go together like rama lama lama ka dinga da dinga dong. During the G'Day Black Tie Gala on Saturday, John Travolta [1] and Olivia Newton-John had an adorable Grease [2] reunion as they spoke on stage with honouree John Farrar. Aside from sharing a few laughs (and giving us a heavy dose of nostalgia), Olivia even commented on the iconic film's upcoming anniversary [3], adding that she can finally watch it without cringing.

"I think I was telling someone before that in the early days when we did the movie, I used to watch it and cringe," she told People. "Like, Why did I do that and I could have done that. But now, with all the time and the people [who] love it, I can relax and enjoy it." Of course, she is incredibly grateful to John as well, whom she met before filming had even started. "I couldn't have done the movie if I hadn't met him, because I really wasn't sure I wanted to do it," she added. "He kind of came to talk me into it." See more pictures from their sweet reunion ahead.
