Jonah Hill just debuted some bold new ink, and the meaning behind it is sure to make your heart melt. The actor took to Instagram to show off a fresh tattoo on his right forearm that reads, "Hello, Beanie!" in capitalised black lettering. No, Jonah isn't randomly infatuated with the popular Winter head accessory — his tat is actually an ode to his younger sister, Beanie Feldstein [3], and her recent acting successes. How freakin' adorable is that?!
His tat specifically references Beanie's role in the Broadway musical Hello, Dolly! [4], which the 24-year-old actress starred in alongside Bette Midler after her iconic performance in Lady Bird [5]. The lettering of his tat is even the same exact font that's used on the Hello, Dolly! playbill [6]. It looks like he really had the "go big or go home" mentality in mind here.
After Jonah introduced his social media followers to the brand-new arm ink, Beanie shared his same photo on her Instagram account [7], captioning it, "Somebody wants to put on his Sunday clothes," as a nod to one of the song titles from the Broadway production. She added, "This is NEXT LEVEL. Love you!" Needless to say, everyone was incredibly in awe of the sweet gesture, as the photo was flooded with comments like, "Pretty sure my brother forgets my age . . . this is next level siblings goals," and, "Awe, he's your biggest fan #sibblinggoals."
This isn't the first time Beanie and Jonah have put their cute relationship on display, as they recently both shared the same childhood throwback picture. Beanie captioned the snap, "My best friend!!" and shortly after, Jonah reposted it and captioned it with some sweet words about how his younger sister is his "hero" and "best friend." *Sigh* These siblings are too pure for this world.
