We're still not totally sure if Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin are already husband and wife [1], but we do know that they are crazy about each other [2]. On Monday, the couple could hardly keep their hands and their lips off of each other while out in London. Justin and Hailey looked smitten as they had a passionate makeout session in the middle of a park and were clearly unbothered by the people jogging past them. Hailey is in London for Fashion Week [3], so it's likely that Justin is there for support.

Justin and Hailey took everyone by surprise last week when news broke that the couple reportedly got married [4] in an NYC courthouse. Even though Hailey denied the reports in a now-deleted tweet, sources close to the pair told People that Hailey and Justin did indeed tie the knot in a civil ceremony. "[Hailey] feels a civil ceremony and their real wedding are two separate things," an insider told the publication. "What happened at the courthouse is a courthouse thing — a legal thing. But marriage is two people making a vow before God and the people they love."

According to TMZ, Hailey and Justin's wedding ceremony [5] could be happening later this week in Justin's native Canada. So, will Justin and Hailey's next stop be Canada? We'll just have to wait and see.
