Since her engagement to Prince Harry back in November 2017, Meghan Markle has had her fair share of royal milestones. On June 9, she made her very first appearance on the Buckingham Palace balcony, joining her husband and the rest of the family for the annual Trooping the Colour. For the special occasion — which doubles up as the celebration of the queen's birthday — Meghan wore a gorgeous Carolina Herrera dress, and we couldn't help but notice the similarities between her first Trooping the Colour and the Duchess of Cambridge's.
Kate was first seen at the event in 2011, two months after her wedding to Prince William.
