Kelly Clarkson is hosting the Billboard Music Awards for the second year in a row, and she started off the night by coming in hot on the red carpet! The 37-year-old singer and proud mama rocked a sequinned black dress with a high neck and thigh-high slits. She topped things off with a rock 'n roll-approved bouffant, and honestly, we're in awe of her whole vibe.
