Kendall Jenner Stated the Obvious to Kylie About Stormi's Birthday Party: "You Know She's 1?"
If you wondered why Kylie Jenner threw such an extravagant birthday party for her 1-year-old daughter, don't worry — members of her own family pondered the same question! In a recent appearance on The Tonight Show, Kendall Jenner explained to Jimmy Fallon that she too was beguiled by Stormi Webster's party, referred to as Stormi World after her dad Travis Scott's album Astroworld. "She really went all out," Kendall said.
"I don't know if she's going to remember this!"
The heavily photographed party on Feb. 9 featured a swing carousel, personalised merchandise, and a live performance of "Baby Shark." While that sounds like a blast for all of the adults and children in attendance, Kendall stated the obvious when she asked Kylie, "You know she's 1? I don't know if she's going to remember this! I love you for the effort, though."
Kendall unfortunately couldn't attend because the party was originally going to take place on Stormi's actual birthday on Feb. 1 but was postponed due to rain, and by that point Kendall was out of town for New York Fashion Week. Even so, she still managed to check out the festivities. "My mom FaceTimed me right before everyone got there, and I was literally on FaceTime for — I'm not kidding — 45 minutes to an hour," Kendall said. "There was so much stuff she had to show me. It was crazy."
