Ever since Lizzo's upbeat and self-love infused bangers [1] made their way to the top of our playlists, we haven't been able to stop dancing, and that's exactly what happened at Millennium Dance Complex. The studio's talented choreographer Hamilton Evans blessed us and his class with a routine to the singer's song "Tempo" feat. Missy Elliott [2], and it really has us wanting to throw it back (throw it back). Lizzo [3] released her third studio album, Cuz I Love You, back in April, and it's filled with empowering bops that preach confidence and body acceptance [4]. Now, thanks to Hamilton and this dance video, we have all the moves we need to simply "f*ck it up to the tempo."
