Louis Tomlinson and Richard Bucket List in "Two of Us" Video

Louis Tomlinson Helped an 83-Year-Old Widower Fulfil His Bucket List, and My Eyes Are Leaking

Feel like sobbing today? Then grab a handful of tissues and watch Louis Tomlinson's music video for "Two of Us." In the special video, the 27-year-old singer teams up with an 83-year-old man named Richard, whose wife Pat died due to an Alzheimer's complication in December 2016, to help him fulfil his bucket list.

"A month or so ago I met an amazing man called Richard. He had a few things he wanted to do so I thought I'd help him out," Louis wrote on Instagram. "This video feels particularly relevant and powerful to me. Richard is a classic example of a fearless man who in light of tragedy still pushes himself to live with as much laughter and happiness as possible."

Just like Richard, Louis has faced some heartbreaking loss as well. Louis' mother Johannah Deakin, who the song is dedicated to, died from leukemia in 2016, and his younger sister Félicité Tomlinson recently died after a suspected heart attack at age 18.

In the video — which sees Richard and Louis do everything from ride a roller coaster, get a tattoo, and share the stage together — the singer briefly opens up about his mom's death. "She was 43 . . . We're a big family so it hit us hard," he says. The video ends with Louis urging his fans to donate to the Alzheimer Society, Cancer Research UK, and Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice. Get ready to openly weep as you watch the video above.
