When it came to the Love Island 2018 contestants [1] all of them seemed to have a claim to fame, ranging from being a West End star to being Insta-famous. However, islander Paul Knops one-upped everybody when it was revealed that he once snogged Britney Spears [2]. Yep, you read that right.
Back in 2016, the then 30-year-old carpenter/model from Bournemouth was one of the lucky men chosen to appear in Britney's steamy video for her single "Make Me. . .," in which the two can be seen kissing. "Me and Britney were friends for a bit," explained Paul [3]. "I got to know her really well during the making of the video."
Since Paul admitted that he shared a kiss with the pop star, the "Make Me" video has received over 1.1 million extra views, with a spike of nearly 600,000 views towards the end of the episode.
