Mary Berry Britain's Best Home Cook

Mary Berry Has Been Cooking Up a New TV Show — and You're Going to Love It

She never left our hearts for a second, and we're thrilled to announce Mary Berry is soon to be back on our TV screens in a brand new cooking show. The BBC are sticking to the formula that they know we love, and while no specific air date has been announced as of yet, Britain's Best Home Cook is set to have us all glued to our sofas.

Hosted by Claudia Winkleman (proud owner of our favourite showbiz fringe), it'll see Mary Berry judging 10 contestants, with a little bit of help from restaurateur Dan Doherty and former greengrocer-turned-TV-presenter Chris Bavin. Think Masterchef meets GBBO. Is it revolutionary? Not really. Do we care? Not in the slightest.

The thing is, we've really been missing Mary since The Great British Bake Off moved to Channel 4. While we have to admit that we still absolutely love it thanks to new hosts Sandy Toksvig and Noel Fielding, it's still somewhat lacking without her warm persona.

Can't wait until the new show airs? Don't worry — GBBO has finally dropped on Netflix, which means that getting your Marry Berry fix will now be easier than ever.
