According to People, in a new clip for the upcoming documentary Queen of the World, Meghan reveals that there's actually a special nod to her husband [2] hidden within her 16-foot veil.
"Somewhere in here there's a piece of blue fabric that's stitched inside — it was my something blue," Meghan shared as she looks over her veil for the first time since the wedding [3]. She added "It's fabric from the dress that I wore on our first date."
Her veil also paid tribute to each of the 53 counties in the Commonwealth [4], a detail that she's still "over the moon" about.
"I think the other members of the family had a similar reaction and just appreciation for the fact that we understand how important this is for us and the role that we play, and the work that we're going to continue to do within the Commonwealth countries," she explained.
