Paul Bettany and Jennifer Connelly's Love Story Is as Dramatic as the Plot of 1 of Their Movies
Paul Bettany and Jennifer Connelly are one of Hollywood's true love stories. Paul first laid eyes on his love in films like labyrinth and Once Upon a Time in America and happily confesses that she was his teenage crush. They eventually met in 2001 on the set of A Beautiful Mind, but romance didn't blossom until after the film wrapped. In fact, as Paul tells it, they got engaged before they'd even started dating officially. Paul told Larry King that it was the tragic events of 9/11 that helped him to admit his feelings. After seeing the events unfold, his immediate reaction was to try and get in touch with Jennifer, and that made him realize he was in love. When he did finally get her on the phone, he told her "I'm coming over, let's get married."
