The Beckhams made their first appearance together yesterday since they announced they're expecting their fourth child. The couple dined at Nobu Park Lane in London They're back in the UK this month for David to train with Spurs during the MLS off-season. While David creates a buzz during his daily visits to the training ground, Victoria's been spending time with family and paying regular visits to her management company in London. Her business empire is continuing to do well, and a new delivery of her hanbags just arrived at Net-a-Porter. Victoria's friends in LA are already planning fun events for the family's return to the States, with Eva Longoria and newly blonde Kate Beckinsale reportedly organising a baby shower.
