Katy Perry is back with new music, and we're still just as obsessed with the bubblegum pop star. It's been a pretty jam-packed year for Katy so far — she released two catchy singles, she got engaged to Orlando Bloom, and was a judge on American Idol. All the while, though, she's continued to channel that signature sex appeal we've come to expect from her. As we patiently await the rest of Katy's year — which may or may not include a brand-new album — we're looking back at just how much has changed since she first popped up on the scene in 2003.
