The 22-year-old, whom Regina had with ex-husband, Ian Alexander, praised his mom while they were on the Globes red carpet, calling her "supermom" and sharing how much he values equality in the workplace, as part of the Time's Up movement.
Ian has been part of his mom's red carpet routine for more than a decade, showing up at premieres, receptions, and even the NAACP Awards.
