Royals Who Have Real Jobs

9 Royals Who Have Real-World Jobs — Just Like Commoners!

Listen, not every member of the royal family spends all day every day doing royal duties, like the queen. Prince William and Kate Middleton and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle may be tasked with keeping up with their royal duties daily, but some of the lesser-known royals who are lower on the line to the throne have the pleasure of finding jobs they really love. Some of them work in the arts — like at galleries or on films — some work in sports, and some even work in finance. They truly are just like the rest of us! Well, kind of.

Check out some of the hardest-working royals in the gallery ahead.

1. Peter Phillips

Princess Anne's son, Peter, doesn't have royal duties tying him down, so for a while, he worked with one of his biggest passions: cars. He worked for Jaguar and the Williams F1 racing team before moving on to working for the Royal Bank of Scotland and then SEL UK.

2. Sophie, Countess of Wessex

Before becoming a full-time royal, Prince Edward's wife, Sophie, founded her own public relations firm called RJH Public Relations. She stayed on as chairman until marrying Prince Edward but has since moved into doing royal duties full-time.
