With just weeks or days left until the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge welcome their second child, preparations are already under way at the hospital where Kate is due to give birth. Just like with Prince George, Kate has chosen the Lindo Wing of St Mary's Hospital in London for the birth. Though there might not be quite as much fanfare as there was with George's arrival, there is still plenty of interest and excitement, and it's evident in the work that's being done outside the hospital. Signs have been up for weeks restricting parking for a "special event," and barricades are already in place to keep cameras and fans away from the hospital door.
