Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas [1] are getting ready to exchange "I dos"! The couple got engaged [2] after less than a year of dating [3] back in October 2017, and now details about their big day are slowly being revealed. While reuniting with the rest of the Jonas Brothers [4] on The Late Late Show, Joe revealed that he and Sophie are tying the knot later this year [5]! The Date
The couple waited for Sophie to finish filming the last season of Game of Thrones [6] before beginning to slowly plan their wedding. During The Late Late Show, Joe revealed that they were going to have a Summer wedding [7], which has now been confirmed as happening the last weekend of June 2019. The festivities began on June 27th when Sophie, Joe — as well as Nick's brothers and wives — arrived in the South of France after spending a week in Paris for Men's Fashion Week.
The Location
In November 2018, life coach Mike Bayer accidentally revealed Joe and Sophie's wedding location when he posted a now-deleted Instagram Story clip of their wedding invitation which read, "Sophie and Joe 2019 France." The venue has now been confirmed as the Château de Tourreau [8], a restored 18th-century castle in Sarrians, which is a city in the Provence region of the South of France.
The Bridesmaids
Because Stark siblings stick together [9], Sophie has already asked her real-life BFF Maisie Williams [10] to be one of her bridesmaids [11]. In an interview with Radio Times, Maisie was asked whether she was hoping to be a bridesmaid, to which she happily replied, "I already got it!" So exciting!
The Groomsmen
Since Joe was a groomsman in Kevin and Nick's weddings, it's same to assume that he will include them and his youngest brother, Frankie, in his wedding to Sophie.
The Music
According to Us Weekly, the couple plan on having a live band at their wedding and "the Jonas Brothers are expected to take the stage [12]." Maybe Joe will sing "Lovebug" or "When You Look Me in the Eyes."
