The Oscars are a place where dreams come true and reunions happen behind-the-scenes. The ever-adorable Timothée Chalamet and Ansel Elgort were no exception when they reunited during the 2018 Oscars and caught a quick pic together (with a casual photobomb from "cool dad" Armie Hammer). The duo actually know each other from high school, back when Oscar-nominated Timothée was better known by his rapper alter ego: Lil Timmy Tim. Don't ask them who was more popular back in their high school days though, Ansel insists Timothée was "so popular," while Timothée said Ansel had his own calendar! The long-time friends even shared the same drama teacher, Mr. Harry Shifman, who sent Timothée a moving message before the show started.
The two were all smiles during the night; you could catch Timothée third wheeling on celeb couples and Ansel delivering hot dogs to the theatre next door. Is it too much to ask that they do a movie together next?
