Working for the Backstreet Boys sounds like a dream job, but for Howie Dorough's wife, Leigh Boniello, that dream was actually a reality. Howie first met the film producer in 2000 when Leigh was working as the Backstreet Boys' webmaster [1]. "Her job was to get content of us doing stuff outside of the everyday show ritual, and I was always the one who would put my hand up when they'd ask, 'Does anyone want to go hang-gliding in Rio today?'" Howie told Entertainment Tonight in 2017. "So, she would come out and we did the pyramids and so many fun things. I always joked the website became mostly about me!"
After working closely together, the two eventually developed a romance. Leigh even jokes that the start of their relationship was almost like being on The Bachelor [2]. "It was like, 'Here we are in Mexico, let's get a private tour of the pyramids and go on crazy adventures together!'" she told ET. "It just lent itself to a romantic situation." Howie eventually proposed on New Year's Eve in 2006, and the couple wed in December 2007 [3] in Orlando, FL.
