There's absolutely no denying that John Mulaney is beyond hysterical. However, even diehard Saturday Night Live [1] fans — who can't get enough of his character Stefon or who binge-watch his standup performances on Netflix — might not fully comprehend just how cool his wife, Annemarie Tendler, is.
As someone who has Twitter alerts set up for his tweets — um, did you see his back-and-forth with Timothée Chalamet? [2] — it's no surprise that I also follow his wife on Instagram [3]. So, what exactly is there to know about Annemarie? Well, a lot.
For starters, she and John tied the knot back in 2014, and from the looks of it, they've been happily married ever since. The pair lives in NYC and has an adorable French bulldog [5] named Petunia, who, by the way, is also an icon.
As for what Annemarie does for a living, well, that's a pretty interesting one. Annemarie makes beautiful handmade creations for her Victorian lampshade company called Silk Parlor [6].
Annemarie is also a kickass makeup artist and wrote a book called The Daily Face [7], which is chock-full of tutorials on how to apply makeup. Oh, and her hair game is also seriously on point. In fact, she recently published a second book called Pin It! [8], which gives women the rundown on how to style their hair using bobby pins.
