A Star Is Born's Sam Elliott Is Handsome Now, But DAMN, Look at These Pics From the '70s

Sam Elliott is one of those actors who seems like he's been around forever and has been in pretty much everything. A veteran character actor, Elliott is a first-time Oscar nominee this year, nominated for best supporting actor for his work on the musical drama A Star Is Born. Elliott has been easily recognisable onscreen for decades, with his slightly grizzled look and often a rather expressive mustache that wouldn't be out of place in a Western film (and has been in plenty of them).
